Me as an end user wants the code so if some EQ goes bad or is updated we can in house update it now without waiting till the programmer is available to do so. We have in the past have had to wait months for them. That means we have a CR that is not usable. Most of our users will not tolerate that. And I like looking at others code that have more skills and knowledge than I do so I can be better at it as well.
